Payout Information

  • Request for payouts are audited within 48hrs.
  • Approved payouts are usually received within 72hrs or less depending on method available.
  • The minimum payout per day is $100 with a maximum payout of $900 per day and $4500 per week.
  • All US players requesting payouts must call customer service for processing.
  • If you request a payout on Saturday it will be processed on Monday.
  • Request for payouts are not processed on Sundays.
  • Emailed payout request will not be processed for US Players.
  • Any player utilizing a credit card as a deposit method must wait 25 days before requesting a payout. All documentation and ID must be valid and will be verified before processing credit cards. Billing address must match the account address given when opening your account with . Players must also sign our security requirements before we allow the use of credit cards for deposits.
  • All bonuses are non-forfeitable. Any questions regarding bonuses, please read our promotions page. Moreover, all bonus rollovers must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Any funds not wagered MAY be refunded with a 5% fee for not meeting the minimum one time wagering amount. No withdrawls can be made on the same calendar day as the deposit. All payouts must have a valid phone number, physical address, and email address before payments are sent. Any player's not wagering funds will be charged a processing fee depending on method.
  • All pending deposits must be confirmed and received at before any payout request can be processed.

International players

  • International players may submit payout request Monday-Friday via the banking cashier (payout).
  • Payouts are processed Monday-Friday only. Request made on Saturday or Sunday's will not be processed. $100 Minimum and $900 Maximum per day, up to $4500 per week. Any player using a bonus must complete the rollover requirements before requesting a payout. Bonuses are non-forfeitable.
