Bonus Rules

Please read the bonus rules carefully and make sure that you fully understand them before agreeing to be bound by them. By using the Software or the Service you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you acknowledge that these terms and conditions shall apply to you. Participation at the Casino is at your sole option, discretion and risk.

  1. You are allowed only ONE ACTIVE ACCOUNT. Winnings will only be dispersed to players having one account. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on your account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposit(s) to the account, all winnings in that account will be VOID. Any abuse or fraudulent activity with relation to your account or any bonuses awarded or offered will cause your account to be blocked and any and all winnings will immediately be VOID.
  2. Play at all forms of Video Poker, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and Pai-Gow Poker game is restricted until you have met our wagering requirement.
  3. If you play on these games before meeting our requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion. Further, all losses incurred while playing said games will be non-refundable. We are therefore strongly advising you not to play any of these games until your wagering requirement are met to avoid any potential winnings being voided. If you choose to disregard this restriction advisory, then please note that any game play at these games before you meet the requirements set forth will not count for fulfilling your requirement.
  4. If you would like to play these games without restriction, please contact our support department before you wager and we will remove the bonus from your account. We will not accept a request once you begin play.
  5. All cash-outs are subject to audit before being processed. BetSportsWeb reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.
  6. Players must use the bonus within a period of 20 days from the date the said bonus is credited to your account, or such bonus credits will be deducted from your play balance at the casino's sole discretion.

  14. BetSportsWeb Casino reserves the right to enforce players from Denmark, Finland, Hungary, United Kingdom, and Sweden to wager their deposit and play bonus forty-five (50) times before reaching the minimum wagering requirements for withdrawal.

General Casino Rules

  1. Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps, Pai-Gow Poker, and Roulette DO NOT count towards the wagering requirements of our promotions.
  2. Combining games at BetSportsWeb Casino will affect the play through requirements. The highest wagering requirement (based on the games played) will be applied in order to cash-out.
  3. Under the BetSportsWeb Bonus System, a player's casino account is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance. Players deposit into their cash balance and bonuses are credited into their bonus balance.
  4. Bonuses cannot be given retroactively.
  5. Players need to claim all casino bonuses by contacting BetSportsWeb support.
  6. Excluded games are: Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, and Pai-Gow otherwise contact management for exclusion approval.
  7. Any bonus redeemed can NOT be forfeited.
  8. Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players caught abusing the bonus system by any means may have there bonus revoked and be subject to further sanctions.
  9. Maximum bonus amount is up to $250.

Casino Cash back Rules

  1. Cash back bonus is non cashable. Players can cash-out winnings generated by the bonus if they meet the 25x play-through requirement depending on which games are played.
  2. Cash back is based on real money deposits only.

Free Chip Rules

  1. Max cash out is the amount of the free chip only.
  2. Players must meet the standard 25x play-through requirements before cashing out.
  3. Some games not restricted may have a higher rollover requirement.
  4. Restricted games DO NOT count towards the play-through requirements.
  5. Only one free chip will be allowed per player and only once a lifetime.
  6. The free chip can only be used in the casino.
  7. All winnings above the amount of the chip will be removed before a cash-out.
  8. Management reserves the right to terminate or refuse promotions at any time.

Bonus Example

Deposit $100 using our 100% Welcome casino bonus to be played in our DGS casino only. The rollover requirement is the deposit of $100 and the bonus of $100 which equals $200 which must be then rolled over a minimum of 25 times for a total amount of $5000. All casino bonuses are non-cashable meaning the $100 bonus will be removed after rollover is met and before a payout is sent. See restrictions above.

Exclusion list
